Getting a discount for having triplets
One positive thing to come from being the parents of triplets is the fact that you often have the potential to get lots of discounts by buying multiple items all at once! Yes that’s right, there are many baby shops out there that will give you a discount if you by more than one thing at a time for your triplets!
This can save you a lot of money in the long run as you will always have to buy more than one of the same shirt, or pants, or shoes as you continue to cope with having more than one baby! You do though however need to be careful with some shops and the way they go about taking their discount into practice.
It is sometimes common for a shop to get sneaky with their multiple purchase discounts by not actually offering you the discount if you were to buy three of the same item. So for example if you were to buy three of the same shirt, the shop staff sometimes will refuse to count that as being a multiple purchase as you are essentially buying the same item.
A great way of avoiding such a dilemma is to get yourself a copy of the stores corporate or store policy and take it with you during your purchase.
There are plenty of times that you will want to buy three of the same item, such as three singlets or pairs of shoes the same as it won’t really matter which baby then wears which item!
Familiarise yourself with their policies and always keep it with you or at least point it out to the staff so that you always make sure you get a discount on the items you deserve to. It’s that simple to make sure you get a discount and get great savings for your children!
