The sprawling sandy beaches of Vishakhapatnam or Vizag on the Eastern coastal belt of India have attracted thousands of tourists each year.   • Borra Caves — India had been a seat of early civilization, say the Paleolithic Age. The Borra Caves – just a few hours’ drive from Vizag – is around 1500 meter from sea level on a mountain, Anantagiri. There are stalactite sand stalagmites decorating the cave interiors. Some million years ago, during the Paleolithic Age, our forefathers used to co-live in these caves. Today, there are spots with idols of Hindu gods that are piously worshipped by the locals. Various stone formations are also worshipped daily by the people.
